This is the core idea driving my intention to share with all flutists and musicians a straightforward, practical study method. This approach helps achieve superior results more efficiently, minimizing wasted time and physical strain on the musician's body.

Significant emphasis is placed on the mental aspect of practice—what I term 'rigorous and gentle study'—a method that personally helped me achieve my desired technical and musical outcomes. 

A first edition was published in December 2012 but is now out of print. The revised and expanded second edition, featuring contributions from prominent musical figures, is scheduled for publication in 2026 by Voglino Publishing House in Turin.

Since the very first edition, the book has been complemented by an in-person workshop and an online one.
